Navigating GastroAtlas

    From the Home page of GastroAtlas you can access any of its 8 volumes by clicking on the relevant button in the menu on the left.
    You can return to the Home page at any time by clicking the 'Home' link at the top of each page.
    To navigate from volume to volume, you must return to the Home page.
    When you enter a volume, you will see a list of the slides from the first section of the first chapter of that volume.
    You can select another section or another chapter from the menu on the left.

Searching for Slides

    Use the search box at the top of every page to search for slides on specific conditions or with captions containing specific terms.

My Slides

    My Slides enables you to create and maintain your own sets of slides from the GastroAtlas collection.
    Click on the 'Add' button below any thumbnail image, or on the 'Add to Slideset' button by any large image, to incorporate that image into a set of slides.
    When you add a slide to a slideset, that slideset will be displayed in a frame at the bottom of the screen to allow you to monitor it as you add further slides.
    You can replace this 'active' slideset with another of your slidesets at any time using the 'Change Active Slideset' link on the left of the active slideset frame.
    At any time you can review, edit or delete your slidesets, or you can email them to yourself or to colleagues in Powerpoint format for use in lectures or presentations. Click on the 'My Slides' link at the top of any page to access these functions.

Members' Slides

    Every two months we will invite you to submit your chosen slides in a specific gastroenterological topic to Members' Slides. We will review the submissions and publish the best images for your fellow members of GastroAtlas to view and appreciate.
    The Members' Slides volume can be browsed like any other volume. Access it via the Home page, and move between chapters using the menu on the left. Slides can be added to your slidesets as for any other volume of the atlas.
    When a call for slide submissions has been announced, a form will be available on the Members' Slides page to allow you to submit images. Please read the submission guidelines on that page before you submit.
